The centrifuge separator is used for liquid-liquid separation/liquid-liquid-solid separation.
It is used for separation of emulsion and separation of suspension and the solids content is 1%-5% in the suspension.
The bowl driven by the motor through the friction clutch spiral gear pair rotates around the mainshaft t a high speed. Stock liquid flows into the bottom of bowl's wall through the bottom edge of disc seat ND their holes in it. Solid material settles onto the inner surface wall of the bowl and forms into the residue by the centrifugal force field. Then the residue will be discharged manually after the machine stops.

Light liquid flows along up the outer cone surfaces of discs to the mainshaft center, passes through the light liquid centripetal pump and drains out of the light liquid outlet. Heavy liquid flows along the inner tapered surface of disc down to the bowl's wall and then passes through the heavy liquid centripetal pump and drains out of the heavy liquid outlet.

   When working,the sealing water 7 is bumped into the sealing room 6,rising the sliding piston,
and sediment ejection hole 3 is shutted down. then, Milk  to be processed are fed to the bowl from feeding pipe1, Under the effects of centrifugal force, the solids which has heavier density is collectedon the bowl wall, After a while, the opening water 7 is bumped into the opening room 5, falling the sliding piston,open the sediment ejection hole 3, impurities are desluged from the bowl. The lighter liquid (fat) flow along the inner side of the discs into the passage in the upper distributor,the lighter product(fat) is discharged from the machine by the lower centripetal pump8.The heavier liquid(skim milk) flow along another passage, discharged from the machine by the upper centripetal pump2.Thus the milk is separated well. The separator adopts self de-slugging and centripetal pump. Thus the machine can work continuously for a long time, attain good separation effects in long run.
